Yin is a slow paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time. This class aims to improve your flexibility, while bringing calming energy into your body.
The last part of class will focus on Yoga Nidra
with Annie Richardson
A 45 minute Pilates workout that combines toning and engaging deep muscles you don’t always target. High repetitions and low impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine tune their muscles.
Please bring a mat if you have one! If not TPG has some you can borrow for class

Sunday Morning Yoga

A lower impact flow and an overall gentler practice than a typical vinyasa class. Crafted to meet you where you are at. Blending gentle stretching, breath, and meditation to create calm for the week ahead.
All levels are welcome.
