Practicing meditation offers participants the opportunity to hone their attention and awareness in the present moment, giving them access to what may be referred to as “clear deep heart-mind” or a state of mind which fosters clarity, relaxation and resilience.

Yin is a slow paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time. This class aims to improve your flexibility, while bringing calming energy into your body.

Gentle Movement & Yoga Nidra Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that induces a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Yoga Nidra turns on the parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for digestion, recovery, and healing. While practicing Yoga Nidra, the mind relaxes and becomes free from the concepts of time and space. When this happens, brain activity reduces and the body goes into a deep healing state. This class is perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling relaxed and restored.

A 45 minute Pilates workout that combines toning and engaging deep muscles you don’t always target.  High repetitions and low impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine tune their muscles.

Start your week off strong with a fun and energizing evening class. Vinyasa flow with a great playlist.

Sundays 9:15-10:15 AM

Come renew your mind, body and spirit. This class is a flowing style of yoga that invites students to connect with the steady rhythm of breath and movement while building upon strength, flexibility, and mindful transitions. All levels are encouraged to join!

Let’s Harness the moon’s lunar energy this winter season!!  We will gather monthly from January thru March. Each class is 90 minutes crafted around the current moon phase.  Bring your yoga mat, blocks, a pillow, and a blanket!!  Beginners welcome
