Come join us! This all-levels class is a flowing style of yoga that allows students
to connect with the steady rhythm of breath and movement while building upon strength, flexibility, and mindful transitions.

Tuesday 9:00-10:00AM

A 45 minute Pilates workout that combines toning and engaging deep muscles you don’t always target.  High repetitions and low impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine tune their muscles.

Please bring a mat if you have one! If not TPG has some you can borrow for class

Saturdays 9:15-10:15 AM

A lower impact flow and an overall gentler practice than a typical vinyasa class.  Crafted to meet you where you are at. Blending gentle stretching, breath and meditation to create calm and destress from your week.

All levels are welcome.

Less impact, longer holds, and more stillness. Spending time within each pose allows for an unraveling and softening of the body. This class is great if you are new to yoga, returning after a long hiatus, or are looking for something gentler for your joints.
