Come renew your mind, body and spirit. This class is a flowing style of yoga that invites students to connect with the steady rhythm of breath and movement while building upon strength, flexibility,
and mindful transitions.
All levels are encouraged to join!

Steph’s mindfulness journey began in 2016 when she immersed herself in exploring the healing powers of yoga, reiki, and nutrition. In 2017, she completed the ‘Foundations for the Mindful Teacher’ 200-hour program at Kodawari Studios in Tampa, FL. Steph’s passion as an instructor is to hold a safe space for practitioners to explore their personal yoga journey through the connection of mindful breath and movement.
