Our culture has conditioned us to move through life in ways that leave little space for noticing the subtle. It runs on urgency, output, and the sense that we are always on our way to something else. To become an attendant to soul is to shift out of the automatic and into a way of being that is more awake and receptive.
Soul is the depth, aliveness, and meaning that is revealed in our relationship with life when we allow ourselves to be touched by what we encounter. It comes into view through the body and the senses… through what we feel, what we notice, and what we stay with.
Soulful Flow is a vinyasa-based practice that centers the felt experience of the body as the starting point for movement. Guided by curiosity and shaped by the breath, form is approached through attention and care rather than the pursuit of perfection. The sequence builds in layers, creating a steady rhythm that invites exploration and draws us into deeper engagement with the body. Through the practice, we attune to a way of meeting our experience that feels more connected and alive.
No experience is needed—just a willingness to begin.

Steph Winchenbach

Steph began practicing yoga in 2016, seeking connection and healing amidst the challenges of chronic health issues. The practice unearthed a reverence for life that had been clouded by the weight of personal struggle. Following this deeper thread led her to the Foundations for the Mindful Teacher program at Kodawari Studios in Tampa, FL. She received her 200-hour certification in 2017 and began teaching that same year.

Over the years of teaching vinyasa, her practice found its way into a soul-centered current, where curiosity, affection, and receptivity shape how we meet ourselves and what we’re in relationship with. It is a living practice that invites us to make contact with our sense of aliveness and participation in life.

"In addition to her unwavering commitment to pose and flow, Steph creates an oasis where curiosity and insight are allowed to manifest and flourish. She is a gifted teacher!" - Al, Reflecting on Soulful Flow Practice
