Meg recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Universal Power Yoga in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Yoga has become an integral part of Meg's daily life, offering grounding through movement, breathwork, and meditation. Following an extremely difficult second pregnancy and birth, during which she was placed on life support and had to relearn how to walk, yoga became an essential part of her healing journey, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Meg's teaching style is welcoming, lighthearted, and accessible while offering opportunities for both physical and mental growth. She begins each class with grounding breathwork, inviting students to arrive just as they are. Through intentional movement linked with the breath, she encourages each person to honor their body and practice in a way that feels supportive to them. Yoga has given Meg a safe space, and her intention is to create that same sense of safety, community, and belonging for every student she teaches.

Outside of teaching, Meg is a mom to two boys, Zach (4) and Andrew (2). While Massachusetts is home, New Harbor has always been a special place for her. Her family has had a home there since before she was born, and she and her husband, Dan, now visit with their boys as often as they can. She believes deeply in the power of the energy of the area, the ocean and peaceful surroundings.

Classes: Monday, 8:00 - 9:00 AM, July 27th - Aug 31st.
