Zandra Sneed-Dawkins is a multi-talented artist who believes in the power of art to connect, unify and build understanding. She has 24 years of experience in the Coast Guard, followed by three years volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. Zandra earned her degree from Washington University (2021) and has become an expert at acrylic painting mosaics.
