Teale Puchalski
Teale found yoga at a time in her life when she was travelling extensively, for work. She began attending yoga classes in each city she visited and realized quickly that no matter how transient she was physically, there was one constant in her life -- yoga.

Always very in tune with her physical fitness as well as her mental growth, she found yoga to be a natural fit. With a background in gymnastics, the physical aspect of yoga (asana) came easily; developing her spiritual side has been an unexpected benefit, and an ongoing journey. In 2006 Teale completed her teacher training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico, where she studied Iyengar influenced, Hatha yoga. Her love of yoga and passion for life comes through in the energetic and playful environment she establishes in her classes. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Her teaching style emphasizes the importance of alignment in a vinyasa flow. In her classes she guides her students through mind-full movement, incorporating pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, with the intention of sharing the balance and happiness that practicing yoga has brought to her life.

Teale continues to work on her personal practice, inner growth, and furthering her education in all modalities of healing. In 2013, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) through the Namaste Institute School of Massage in Portland, Maine. There she was trained in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Neuromuscular therapy, Myofascial Trigger Point release, Thai massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Polarity, Homeopothy and Aromatherapy. The combination of these techniques, allows for a massage experience specifically tailored to individual needs; relieving general stress, as well as chronic tension created by emotional or physical trauma.

What comes through in both Teale’s teaching and massage style is a deep understanding of the physical body, while staying fluid and sensitive to each person. The result is a safe and nurturing environment in which to learn, grow, increase self awareness, and stimulate the unlimited natural resources within the body to re-establish integrated levels of health, wellbeing and wholeness.
