physically | intro to self awareness & self-regulation with dance, yoga & creative movement

emotionally | practice empathy & awareness with picture journaling, acting & role play

mentally | learn about stress & building resilience with simple brain science, WiseMotion™ movement practices, breathing games, and guided relaxation

relationally | receiving yoga therapy tools to serve as a little healer in class among their peers & how to witness when others may need help through lessons of safety, secure touch & consent

creatively | unlock potential, dream while awake, ideate and create by making art, playing with color, self expression and dress up

socially | Mindful Dancers circle & tea ceremony where we share, set intentions for the week, practice asking beautiful questions, and receiving with full body listening

Justine 

Romanoff

 

 

Relatively new to the midcoast, Miss. Justine joins us from Canada. An experienced & certified dance & yoga teacher of 25+ years, creator of the Justine Romanoff Yoga Method, mother of two, and founder of the Dance Bloom community. She is passionate about introducing mindfulness, movement & wellness tools for building self awareness through the language of dance, imagination & mentorship.

Miss. Lexi's pursuit of the healing arts began early. It emerged through her life as a dancer who experienced a back injury in her teen years. It shaped her to become a healer. Her modalities; embodied movement, bodywork, energy work, & herbalism. She loves children, has a young daughter, & is passionate about passing on tools that helped her body to heal.
